Through excellent communication with our talented construction team we completely transformed Deer run into a modern retreat, and lucrative investment. In the kitchen, we raised the cabinets, added a herringbone tile backsplash, and finished with a quartz countertop. The bathrooms were finished with detailed tile work and custom-built vanities. We used high-quality finishes and increased lighting to truly elevate the spaces. When increasing the sleeping capacity by 33%, every inch in the house becomes valuable real estate. While we didn’t completely remove the fireplace, we transformed it into a unique reading nook that also serves as additional living room seating. The bunk room was by far the most substantial enhancement to this home. We paired our creativity along with detailed space planning to create a dream children’s retreat.
